5. Revisions
Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revision rounds are billed at €75 per round. Revision requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all deliverables become the exclusive property of the client. StrategicContentPro retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client objects in writing prior to project commencement.
7. Limitation of Liability

2. Partial Refunds
If work has partially commenced, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed. Refund amounts are calculated on the portion of the project not yet delivered. Milestone-based projects are assessed per completed milestone.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: (a) work that has been approved and delivered, (b) revision rounds beyond the included two rounds, (c) rush fees and expedited delivery charges, and (d) third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client.
4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days using the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary. StrategicContentPro reserves the right to deduct administrative fees of up to 5% for processing refunds.
6. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal remedies. These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the jurisdiction of Zaragoza courts.
